Do you have a physical store?

While we don’t have a physical store just yet, we would love to have you come and see us during the launches of our collections which happen twice a year. We also occasionally appear at select bazaars and pop-ups. We post all our event information on our website and our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

How often do you release a new collection?

We do two collections every year and we also plan on releasing some of our styles exclusively online.

What is your sizing like?

Our sizes are labelled as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. This is because each size can encompass up to 2 dress sizes, depending on the style. 1 is our smallest and 6 is our largest one. Please refer to our size guide for more details.

If I order from how long before I receive my item/s?

Processing your order takes between 1-3 business days, after payment has been received and confirmed. Shipping will depend on where you are located.  For orders within Metro Manila item/s can be received between 1-3 business days and 3-7 business days for orders going to the province, barring any unusual circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays once the item has been shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment we do not.

Can I return an item?

It is important to us that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase from Label Manila.  While we will not refund an item, we will allow you to return and exchange it for another size or color or with a different item of the same value. The same does not apply to items purchased on sale/at a discount.  These are considered final, no returns/exchanges.

 Can I pay cash on delivery?

At this time we only accept payments via deposit to our BPI bank account prior to processing your order.
